I’m Amy, a late-diagnosed ADHD woman, wife, and mum to a brilliantly neurodiverse family. After my husband Ian’s stroke at 38 and his FND diagnosis, life took a turn we never expected, but it also taught us how strong, messy, and beautiful family life can be.

The Mindful Mess is where I share our story: the real, imperfect moments of living with neurodiversity, stroke recovery, and FND. It’s about learning to find hope, humour, and connection in the chaos, and reminding one another that none of us are alone in it.
